As a newly empowered designer, first, my goal is to make people smile and adore their space the way they wanted. Second, I love working with the Madison community. No. You will either need to have a budget or use what you have to add into your home for photos & showings. I’m more than happy to help you shop for an extra cost by the hour, if needed.

The knowledge of a designer will help you achieve preparation of your home for a large audience of people who will be coming into your home looking to purchase. It’s incredibly true that a well staged home can make or break selling your home. The cost of myself can make you more money in the long run of your home sale.

I’m including travel expenses. If you are outside of Dane County and have scheduled an in-person meeting, it will be an additional $40 or more depeding on your mileage from 53593. More information is linked on my service pricing document found on the ‘service’ page.
